Personal Training – Group Sessions
Work As A Team To Achieve Your Goals
If you don’t think one on one training is for you Group Fitness Training is also available. Bring your friends, family or colleagues and work as a team to achieve success.
Currently, due to Covid-19 restrictions, we offer group training with a minimum of 4 individuals or a maximum of 6.
Group Membership fees are $300/month which includes 3 (1 hour) classes per week. That’s a value of only $25 per session!
Training sessions consist of the following:
Weight Training
Cardio Training
Mobility Training
Please note a 50% deposit is required to book your training with Odell.
